Visit the sign-up page and register with email or your unit-approved sign-in method if enabled. Core modules are available on the free tier; Premium features are documented on the pricing page.

Green Book is for unclassified productivity only. Do not store classified information, CUI, or operationally sensitive roster data in workflows your unit has not approved.

Suggested first modules

Most soldiers start with Planner for tasks and deadlines, then add specialized tools as the week demands them — PCS timelines, counseling drafts, or H2F logging.

• Planner — personal tasks, reminders, and calendar views.
• H2F calculators — AFT practice logging when your unit enters a testing cycle.
• Knowledge Base — offline-friendly regulation references (after sign-in).
• Counseling Helper — draft event-oriented counselings before you open DA 4856.

Public guides vs signed-in tools

Pages under /army-tools and /support explain what each module does without requiring login. The full workspace — saving data, drafts, and history — activates after you create an account.
