About Green Book
Military productivity workspace — by soldiers, for soldiers
Green Book helps active-duty soldiers, NCOs, and small teams organize the admin, readiness, and writing work that fills the gaps between formations — without pretending to be an official Army system.
What we build
The product started from a simple frustration: too many tabs, too many half-finished spreadsheets, and no single place to track PCS tasks, counselings, fitness prep, and reference material on a phone. Green Book connects those workflows in one modular workspace you can open for two minutes or two hours.
We publish free public guides on topics like the Army Fitness Test, counseling prep, and memorandums for record so soldiers can learn before they sign up. The full tools — calculators, helpers, planner, knowledge base — live inside your account after free registration.
What we believe
Built for day-to-day military work
Planner, references, PCS timelines, NCOER support, scanning, and readiness tools in one account — designed mobile-first for motor pool, desk, and field moments.
Independent, not official
Green Book is a commercial productivity workspace. It is not affiliated with the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or any government agency.
Unclassified only
Do not store classified information, CUI, or sensitive operational details. Use official systems of record when your unit requires them.
Free core tools, optional Premium
Create a free account for core modules. Premium adds advanced capabilities where documented on the pricing page.
Public guides before you sign up
We publish original explainers on Army tools & readiness topics — AFT/H2F, NCOER prep, promotion points, counseling and MFR drafting, planner workflows, and privacy notes for roster features. Each page is crawlable without an account so you can evaluate Green Book before creating one.
