You choose what to upload or type. Green Book does not publish roster data to the public web, does not sell soldier lists, and does not display sample PII on marketing pages.

Use unclassified information only. Do not store classified, CUI, or operationally sensitive rosters. When official systems of record exist, they remain authoritative.

• Share exports only through channels your unit approves.
• Delete data when soldiers transfer or when policy requires.
• Use strong account security — passkeys or passwords — on shared devices.
